Add startup item with same name as related service

I have several applications installed that have a background service component, and a GUI component, such as a simple tray icon. Chameleon Startup Manager won't let me add a registry startup item for the GUI app and give it the same name as the service. This is easy to work around, but it doesn't make sense. There is no reason the two can't share the same name; both are in entirely different parts of the registry.
