notify startup changes since last program run

It would be nice if the program checked for windows startup changes since last progran run, when the program is launched. This feature could be an alternative or addition to real-time startup monitoring, because on systems with limited resources, real-time monitoring consumes resources by itself. But using this feature, for example, the user can run chameleon, then close it, install an application, then run chameleon again to check for any changes and possible startup additions, and notify the user of such changes in detail.
